What if I do not have an online ordering app?

Not a problem, our engineering team can work with you to find or create the perfect application for your needs. We work with many small companies that want to create an easier way for order pickup without large complications.

What if I already have a drive thru lane?

We have worked with some of the largest franchises in the world and understand not all locations are setup optimally therefore we have developed solutions to accommodate just about any layout or arrangement. Some situations may require some creative thinking for the best solution, but we will work with you and your team to find what works.

What is the typical lead time for a new automation system?

Spacecraft Automation offers both standard units and full customization with numerous options in between. For the standard products we offer a 10 week lead time for delivery plus onsite support for setup, calibration, and training upon installation (to be completed by business owner). Custom product lead times may vary depending on development time.

How long does installation and setup take?

The installation process can take up to three days, depending on the complexity of the project and is subject to weather conditions and any concurrent activities at the job site. We will coordinate with your construction team to determine the most suitable timing for everyone involved. Post-installation setup usually takes an additional two to three days. Please note that setup requires power, which is often not available at the time of installation. As such, we will schedule a separate visit for setup once the building is prepared.
